Shipping & Returns Policy

Every piece that leaves our studio has been made, finished, and sized to you. Because of that, our shipping timeline works a little differently than a standard retail order. Please read below so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Processing Time

All orders require a processing period before they ship. This is when we size your piece and prepare it for delivery.

In-stock pieces: Please allow up to 4 business days for sizing and finishing before your order ships.

Made-to-order pieces: Please allow up to 4 weeks. Your piece is created from scratch specifically for you, and we take the time to make it properly.

Custom and bespoke orders: Timeline is discussed and agreed upon individually, as it depends on material sourcing and the complexity of your design. We’ll work through this together as we plan your piece.


Shipping Speed & Transit Time

We ship all packages through Fedex two business day. The shipping speed refers to transit time after your piece leaves our studio. It does not include the processing time above.

For example: if you order an in-stock piece with 2-day shipping, your total wait will be up to 4 business days of processing plus 2 days of transit. We’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.

 

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States via FedEx. All jewelry is fully insured in transit and requires a signature upon delivery. Shipping within the United States is complimentary. 


International Shipping

We currently ship to international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Please contact us before placing an international order if you have questions.


Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is made and sized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on made-to-order, custom, or bespoke pieces.

For in-stock pieces that have not been sized or altered, we accept returns on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is in its original, unworn condition. 

All sales on sized or otherwise altered pieces are final.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your piece arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
