All in stock items will ship within 4 days or sooner of receiving the order.
All made-to-order items will ship within 4 weeks or sooner
of receiving the order.
All Custom and Bespoke orders depend on as case by case basis. It depends largely on the material sourcing and the time it takes to make the dream design a reality. But don’t worry, we will figure that out as we plan your piece together.
Domestic - Fedex or UPS 2 Day - Fully insured
International - UPS International Express - Fully insured.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We aim to please, so hopefully we won't need this section at all. But just in case
We accept returns on in stock necklaces & earrings within 10 days of receiving the piece provided it is still in its original packaging and original condition. Customer's must assume the responsibility for shipping cost and method.
We cannot accept returns on rings, as they are all made to order, there are many sizes, and cast specifically for you.
Exchanges are possible, but will have to be discussed on a case by case basis.
We are always happy to repair, refinish and clean our pieces whenever possible. Each piece must be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to a fee. This process may take up to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity.
