RETURNS & REPAIRS
Necklaces, Bracelets & Earrings:
Returns are accepted up to 10 days after the piece has been received. Customers must assume the responsibility for all shipping costs.
Items returned within 10 days must be in the original packaging and in the original condition.
We cannot accept any ring returns as these are all made to order. This is due to the many ring sizes and the fact that each ring we make is cast specifically for you.
Custom & bespoke pieces:
We will be sure to keep in clear communication throughout the design process to make sure all details and designs are correct so that you are thoroughly satisfied with your piece.
However, as these pieces are made to order and to your specific design they cannot be returned. Be sure to keep in clear communication with us through the design process and to get in touch with any queries before placing the order.
We are always happy to repair, refinish and clean our pieces whenever possible. Each piece must be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to a fee. This process may take up to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity.

For all repairs, please get in touch with us at email@example.com to obtain a Repair Authorization Number (RA#). All repairs must have an RA# written on the outside of the box.
Please ship with signature required, insurance, and reach out to us with tracking information, to insure your repair arrives safely. We kindly ask that you do not ship anything to us without contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RA# for your repair. We are not responsible for items returned without prior notification.
