OUR CUTTING METHOD
THE STONES YOU DON'T SEE ELSEWHERE
Perfectly shaped round, square and emerald cut stones never felt right for our jewelry, so we started cutting our own. Every sapphire is sourced directly from miners in Montana and hand cut by our own team, in our Chatham studio and with a small artisan team of skilled cutters in Sri Lanka, a place with a deep history of gemstone craftsmanship.
Our cutting method removes as little material as possible during faceting and polishing. What remains is a beautifully cut sapphire in the natural shape of the rough stone, just as it was when it came out of the ground or the riverbed.
It's why no two of our stones look alike, and why you won't find them anywhere else.
